Ketentuan & Persyaratan

By accessing and using Creamatch (crea-match.com), operated by PT Vantora Kreatif Indonesia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Creamatch is a creator content marketplace that connects brands with verified content creators. Our services include:

• Campaign brief submission and management
• Creator matching and content production coordination
• Content delivery and campaign management

• Brands access the platform via magic link authentication
• Creators must register and be verified before accessing campaigns
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• A 10% deposit is payable to unlock your matched creator shortlist
• The remaining balance is due once you confirm your creator lineup, before production begins (the 10% deposit is credited towards your total, so you never pay it twice)
• All payments are processed through Stripe or other supported payment service providers (e.g. cards, bank transfer, supported e-wallets). We do not store sensitive payment card or banking credentials on our servers.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email
• Prices are shown in the currency of your market
• Applicable service tax is shown separately in your invoice where required
• Refund eligibility, charges, and processing are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including the 24-hour window from successful payment for refund requests (where applicable) and management discretion for exceptional cases thereafter.

• Brands retain ownership of final delivered content
• Creamatch reserves the right to use campaign content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Creators grant usage rights as specified in their creator agreement

All content on Creamatch including logos, text, and graphics are property of PT Vantora Kreatif Indonesia.

Creamatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Prices shown on Creamatch may be exclusive of applicable service tax unless otherwise stated. Any applicable tax will be shown separately in your invoice and payment summary.

1. Referral rewards are subject to successful campaign delivery
2. Rewards are credited when the referred party makes payment but only withdrawable after the campaign is delivered
3. Referral rewards are paid via bank transfer on Fridays (same as creator payouts)
4. Creamatch reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program with 30 days notice
5. Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) will result in reward cancellation and account suspension
6. Diamond tier (30+ referrals) multiplier of 2× applies to base reward amounts only
7. Brand referral rewards are in credits, not cash, and are non-refundable

1. Campaign Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date
2. Credits are non-refundable once purchased (subject to our refund policy)
3. Bonus credits (Growth/Scale/Enterprise packs) are promotional and subject to change
4. Credits cannot be transferred to another account
5. Unused credits expire after 12 months with no refund

1. Creator consent is required before content is listed in the Content Library
2. Creators earn a majority share of licensing fees; Creamatch retains a service share
3. Original brand retains no claim on licensing revenue
4. Exclusive licenses prevent further licensing of that specific content
5. Creamatch reserves the right to delist content at any time

1. Brands are responsible for shipping products directly to creators
2. Minimum 30% cash component required for hybrid barter campaigns
3. Pure barter campaigns incur a per-creator management fee
4. Creator must confirm product receipt before content production begins
5. Creamatch is not liable for lost or damaged products during shipping

• Obligations: submit accurate campaign briefs and respond to creator/manager requests in good time. You may request up to 2 amendment rounds per deliverable.
• Payments: a 10% deposit is payable to unlock your matched creator shortlist, and the remaining balance is due once you confirm your creator lineup, before production. The 10% deposit is credited towards your total. Funds are held until your campaign is delivered.
• Delivery: we target a 14-day delivery window per campaign from creator confirmation.
• Refunds: governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy (24-hour window from successful payment; management discretion thereafter).
• Termination: we may suspend or close accounts for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms.

• Obligations: meet script and video deadlines (SLA). Repeated SLA breaches may result in automatic removal from a campaign. Up to 2 amendment rounds per deliverable apply.
• Payments: creator payouts run every Friday via bank transfer. Your bank details are stored encrypted and used only for payment processing.
• Content ownership: on delivery and payment, the brand owns the final delivered content; usage rights follow your creator agreement.
• Conduct: no fake engagement, no ghosting. Such conduct may lead to removal and account termination.

• Types: Referral, Talent, or Both.
• Commission: a fixed reward per new client and per repeat campaign; talent overrides are deducted from the creator's payout (with the creator's consent), not from Creamatch's margin.
• Payouts: paid in the Friday batch via bank transfer, subject to the minimum withdrawal.
• Conduct & termination: fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) void rewards and may close your account. We may modify or end the program with 30 days' notice.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity set out below.
