Creamatch provides digital content creation services. All deliverables are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is involved.

- Final content is delivered via Google Drive or other agreed digital platforms
- Delivery timelines are specified per campaign:
- Express: 7 business days
- Standard: 14 business days
- Campaign: 30 business days
- Ongoing: monthly delivery schedule
Produk fisik (jika ada)
For campaigns requiring physical product delivery to creators:
- Creamatch will coordinate shipping logistics with the brand
- Shipping costs are borne by the brand
- Tracking information will be shared upon dispatch
- Creamatch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services
Konfirmasi delivery
- Brands will be notified via email when content is ready for review
- Content can be accessed through the Creamatch client portal at the client dashboard
